Shipping Information

Average order processing time is 2-4 BUSINESS days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, ground transit time is an additional 2-5 BUSINESS days, depending on the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse. Therefore orders on average will take 7 to 10 BUSINESS days to reach you. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO AE addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or internationally. We only ship to Contiguious USA and Canada. We calculate the accurate shipping costs for Canada. Once we have a quote, you will be emailed or called with the shipping cost and we will await your approval before processing your order. Canadian orders may be charged taxes and duties by the local customs department when the product is delivered. The purchaser is responsible for these charges at time of delivery.

30 - Day Money Back Guarantee

At WorldGlobesDirect.com, we realize that all sales may not be final. If a customer makes a purchase and wishes to return the product, they have 30 days to do so. We must be notified of the return within the first 30 days of the product leaving our warehouse. There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product.

1. Closeout items are unable to be returned.

2. If a customer receives defective merchandise, they should immediately contact WorldGlobesDirect.com at 866-478-7184 or email us at returns@worldglobesdirect.com. Please include your name, order date, and reason for return to arrange for an exchange or return. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should merchandise be returned for an exchange or refund without having contacted us first. The item will be exchanged or refunded by WorldGlobesDirect.com.

3. If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

4. If a product arrives damaged, WorldGlobesDirect.com must be notified immediately at 866-478-7184. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with UPS. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out. All orders must be inspected BEFORE accepting the shipment. If you sign for a shipment without inspecting it thoroughly and it is damaged, WorldGlobesDirect.com will not be responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading or the delivery driver's receipt is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is.

This policy protects both the customer and WorldGlobesDirect.com.

There are no exceptions to this policy. In the rare event that the wrong product is shipped by WorldGlobesDirect.com, it will need to be sent back to us. If this is the case, WorldGlobesDirect.com must be notified immediately and WorldGlobesDirect.com will pay for the return Ground shipping. Returns sent back to us without prior contact will be refused.
